Return Policy for Horyzan Products (Within 2 Days)
We want you to love your Horyzan art, but if something isn’t right, returns are possible under specific conditions.
Eligible Return Cases:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Incomplete order or missing items
- Manufacturing defects
Mandatory: Record During Unboxing
- Unboxing video proof is required at the time of opening the package.
- Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Return Horyzan Products:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 99560 95553 within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
- Send the unboxing video and photos showing the issue.
- We will verify your claim and schedule free return pickup.
- Ensure the product is:
- In original packaging
- With all tags, barcodes, invoices, and accessories/manuals intact
- Securely packed for transit to prevent further damage
- In original packaging
Our quality team will inspect the returned product. If the issue is genuine, we’ll process a replacement or refund.
Returns without unboxing proof, or items that are used/altered, will be rejected, and the product will be returned at the customer’s cost.
Refund Policy for Prepaid and COD Orders (Within 48 Hours)
We process refunds efficiently so you can shop online for Islamic acrylic wall art with confidence.
Refund Eligibility:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Discounted or offer products are non-refundable unless damaged on delivery with proof.
Refund Procedure:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (share account details after approval).
- Refunds generally reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Tip: Always record the unboxing to protect against courier damage or dispute issues.
Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Orders
We process Horyzan orders quickly, so cancellation windows are short.
Prepaid Order Cancellation:
- Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund.
- After 12 hours, if the order has entered processing or dispatch, shipping, RTO, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund.
After Dispatch:
- Dispatched orders cannot be canceled.
- Refusal of delivery after dispatch will incur logistics and RTO charges, deducted before the refund.
COD Orders:
- Must be canceled within 12 hours.
- Repeated refusals may result in account restrictions to prevent misuse.
Custom and Personalized Orders
- Customized Horyzan acrylic wall art is made exclusively for you.
- These orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof. We will replace it free of cost.
Exclusions
- Minor color or texture differences due to display screens are not defects.
- Used, installed, or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.
- DIY kits or offer items are non-returnable once opened or used.
